1. Who we are
This website (shopwoovo.com) is operated by William Bilodeau-Lachapelle, doing business as Woovo ("Woovo," "we," "us"), based in Quebec, Canada. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using our site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

use it in a way that harms the site, other users, or Woovo
try to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
use bots or automated tools to place orders or scrape content
place orders using someone else's payment information without their permission

3. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Products
We do our best to show our paddles' colours and details accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person. Product specifications are listed on each product page. Woovo paddles are approved by USA Pickleball for sanctioned play.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include free shipping to Canada and the US.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then choose to buy it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders
Your order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order. We may cancel an order and fully refund you if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. We'll let you know if this happens.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Safe use of our products
Pickleball is a physical sport, so please play within your abilities and use your paddle only for its intended purpose. Woovo isn't responsible for injuries caused by misuse, modification of the paddle, or play-related accidents, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Intellectual property
Everything on this site belongs to Woovo or is used with permission and is protected by law, including the Woovo name, logo, paddle designs, colourway names, photos, and text. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews & content you share
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, or tag us on social media, you give Woovo permission to display it on our site and channels. We'll always credit you when we can. You confirm the content is yours to share and isn't offensive, misleading, or unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites, such as social media platforms. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Woovo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection law that applies to you, including the legal warranty of quality.

13. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you keep all the rights and protections the consumer laws where you live give you.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies. Changes don't affect orders placed before the change.
