Free shipping to Canada & the US
 Every order ships free to Canada and the United States, with no minimum. There are no hidden fees at checkout or when your paddle is delivered.

Processing time
 We pack and ship every order ourselves from Quebec within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays ship the next business day.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and busy seasons (especially November–December) can add a few days.

Carriers
 We ship with Canada Post and trusted partner carriers, and every order is fully tracked.

Tracking your order
 When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after it ships.

Duties & taxes (US orders)
 All import duties are prepaid and included. You won't pay anything extra when your paddle arrives.

Where we ship
 We currently ship to Canada and the United States only, and we can deliver to PO boxes in both countries.

Address changes
 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

  • Damaged on arrival: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

  • No tracking movement for 7 business days: email us, and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

  • Marked delivered but not received: check around your home, with neighbours, and your mailbox or parcel locker, then wait one business day, because packages are sometimes scanned early. If it still hasn't shown up, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Returned to sender
 If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't picked up, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
